Angie McMaster Aylmer Ontario Death, Obituary – The community mourns the loss of Angela Jean McMaster, known affectionately as Angie, who passed away peacefully on June 26th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones at the age of 60. Angie’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of family, friends, and the many who were fortunate to know her.

Born on March 7, 1965, in London, Ontario, Angie grew up embracing the vibrant community of Aylmer. Her early years were filled with active pursuits, including swimming at the Aylmer Pool, figure skating, and playing for the Springfield Fastball team, reflecting her energetic and engaged spirit. She also contributed to the family’s Do-nut Caterers business, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a sense of family responsibility from a young age.

Angie’s educational path was marked by excellence and a desire to serve others. She graduated from East Elgin Secondary School before earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph. Following this, she pursued a diploma in Radiography at Fanshawe College, which paved the way for a fulfilling career at London Health Sciences Hospital. For over 25 years, Angie served as an X-ray and later CT Technician, offering comfort and expert care to countless patients throughout her tenure.

Beyond her professional achievements, Angie was a devoted mother to Skyler Cowen (and proud grandmother to Wyatt), a beloved daughter to Evelyn McMaster and the late James “Budd” McMaster, and a caring sister to Lori Henderson-Gibbons. Her nephews Owen and Luke, niece Mya Henderson, along with close friends Bruce Bulina, Holly Fisher, and Lisa Sorochan, will forever cherish her memory. The family also remembers with love her brother-in-law Aaron Henderson, who predeceased her.

In retirement, Angie found joy in simpler pleasures, especially kayaking with friends in Port Bruce and her seasonal work at Pinecroft as a server. Known for her quick wit, sarcastic humor, and quiet smile, Angie brought light and laughter to those around her.

A private family service will be held as per Angie’s wishes, followed by a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the Henderson-Gibbons residence, 6932 Fairview Road, St. Thomas.
